Tall Trees Cottage on Lake of Bays. 

From the moment you enter, your every comfort is taken care of. 

This cottage was built in 1990 on Bastedo Bay with over 500 ft of private shoreline to enjoy and 5+ acres of tall trees and land to explore. In the Spring of 2008 we will be completing the south facing beach that belongs to our property. This will be great for small children and it is located only a 5 minute walk from the cottage on the other side of the road.
 
Look for our Tall Trees sign on Kelly Road, just 5 minutes from Baysville. The windy driveway leads to our ranch bungalow cottage set amidst trees with natural landscaping. Pathways lead to the water side of the cottage where you can continue to the lake and enjoy an afternoon on the dock or you can sit on the deck and soak in the hot tub. With a sunset exposure you can enjoy the evening with your family at the dock, campfire or from the hot tub.
 
This bungalow will definitely be enjoyed by all ages with easy access to a large ceramic entrance which opens onto the great room with vaulted pine ceilings and reclaimed brick hearth for the Vermont Castings wood stove. Pine floors connect the openness of the dining, kitchen and great room areas. Casual and comfortable is our theme throughout with new furniture, pine accents, all the toys you could want for a fun family vacation.
 
If you are considering hosting a small business seminar or need to carry on your business while on vacation we have all the tools you will need to stay in touch with your office:  high speed internet, cell phone service and land-line phone are available.  We would be pleased to assist you in obtaining catering, equipment rental or other services during your stay at our cottage if necessary.
 
The kitchen is pale yellow with loads of cabinetry and comes fully equipped with new stainless steel side-by-side fridge, dishwasher and Jenair Range set in the island with 4 stools to sit and gab with friends and family while you cook.  The dining area and table are large enough for family gatherings with sliding doors opening to a large deck with Gas BBQ and Hot Tub.  Through the side entrance near the kitchen you can enter a lovely pine-lined Muskoka Room which has been equipped with table and chairs to do whatever activities you wish.
 

Bedroom configurations are listed in the Amenities section. The master bedroom is cool ice blue with sitting area, king sized bed and new en suite including an amazing Steam Shower with Jacuzzi and radio.  There are two other bedrooms on the main level and the main bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower.
 
On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms. We also have a new fully equipped Gym plus a Recreation Room with TV, Pool Table and bed chesterfield.  Loads of space for family fun. Laundry facilities are also available on this level for your use.
 
There is ample space around the cottage for family games and activities.  The shoreline has been left natural with the dock to swim from and the water is sandy with approximately 2-4¹ depth not far from shore.
 
Our cottage is being lovingly maintained with the services of a weekly housekeeper and we hope you will enjoy your stay!
